Brand New at Being Two

When the clock struck 2, this little gal must have sensed the new age she has just entered in to and her reactions to things not going her way have been amped up and she suddenly seems under the impression that she is now the boss. Today it was all about not wanting to wear the cute, striped turtleneck in these photos. She wanted to stay in a little tee shirt, but the weather didn't agree and a bit of a struggle ensued to get her properly dressed.






So far, her fits are mild enough to laugh off and that is exactly what we do. In no time at all, she has forgotten what she was all riled up over and the rest of us have had some giggles for the day.

I do pick my battles and she won this one: wearing Griffen's (4 sizes too big) old Crocs everywhere for the past week or so. She is very adamant about not keeping any other shoes on her feet these days. I love the little pose of her turned foot on this pic, but am sure what was really happening was that she was about to trip and take a tumble. That's the price to pay for wearing shoes that are way too big, but try explaining that to her!
